Diane Belcher is principal of The Turning Points, an advisory firm focused in supporting executives to implement the tools needed to assess the changes and new directions that need to take place to achieve desired financial and operational goals. Services include the assessment and refinement of Vision/Mission Statements, company structure and management responsibilities, management and staff positioning, and executive reporting. She also provides assistance in developing budget and forecast reports, management employment screening, and personnel assessments through merger and acquisition processes. Diane also coaches managers to bring them in alignment with the company culture, mission, goals, and job responsibilities.
Diane has over 30 years of experience in financial and operational roles. Diane began her career with Ernst & Young and has held executive and top management positions with companies in consumer product marketing, real estate investments, banking, finance, and human resource search services. Companies she has held positions in and worked with as a consultant include: Cullen/Frost Bankers, Trammell Crow Companies, Thane International, Vaco Resources, Stratford Land, Comerica Bank, and American Express. She has also worked with start-up companies.
Diane is a CPA, certified in change management, and a graduate of Corporate Coach University. Diane is on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Branch of the International Dyslexia Society. She is a volunteer for Experience Matters, which is an organization that partners experienced individuals with many areas of expertise to assist non-profits in need of direction.
